Donkeys of Shepherd's Cross

• Donkeys are amazing guardians for the sheep flock and cattle herd.  They protect against coyotes, mountain lions, bobcats and bears  
• We keep in donkey in every pasture of sheep and cattle
• Ben, pictured below, even leads the ewes into the pen after they have delivered their lambs.  He is very gentle and careful of the lambs.
